Jagdeep CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Machines are generally used for Turning and Boring of heavy and large diameter circular jobs with high accuracy and precision. Jagdeep CNC VTL machines are used for improved productivity. Designed and developed in-house for total quality control with high quality components.
Jagdeep Vertical Turn-mill Center (VTM) is generally VTL with Ram Type, Live Tool/Spindle. VTM table (C-Axis) shall be provided with servo motor, so as to facilitate PCD Drilling/Tapping, Slotting, and Profile Cutting, offset boring on PCD, threading and other milling/cutting operations. This is versatile machine which can be used in various industries and operations on same machine so as to save loading/unloading, therefore improving overall Productivity.
